2What this site offers

Gulf Placement provides free tools for candidates seeking Gulf employment: an Agency Checker (verifying recruitment agency licences against official government data), Salary and Fee Checkers, a Document Checklist, a Medical Center Guide, a Job Registration form, a Scam Reporting tool, and an Emergency Guide. All tools are informational and facilitative — see our Disclaimer for what that does and doesn't mean.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, and especially to submit the Job Registration form, which enforces this directly. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4Registration submissions

If you submit the Job Registration form, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you — submitting someone else's details without their consent is not permitted.
• You understand that sharing with employers and agencies only happens for the categories you explicitly opt into.
• You can request correction or deletion of your submission at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

5Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from this site for republication elsewhere.
• Submit false or malicious scam reports intended to harm a legitimate agency.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, spam protection, or submit the same form repeatedly with false data.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

6Content you submit

When you submit a scam report or a registration, you grant Gulf Placement the right to use that information strictly to operate the site — verifying reports, displaying agency status updates, and matching your profile per your consent choices. We don't publish your registration data publicly; scam reports may result in a public status change on the relevant agency's page, without publishing your personal details.

7Our content and data

The site's design, code, and original written content belong to Gulf Placement. Agency licence data is sourced from public government registries (eMigrate.gov.in, DOFE, SLBFE, BMET's OEP, and others) — we organize and present this data but don't claim ownership of the underlying government records.

8Third-party services

This site uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection and links to external government portals. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms, not ours.

9Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." Full details of what we do and don't guarantee — data accuracy, outcomes, third-party conduct — are set out in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

10Termination

We reserve the right to remove any submission, or block access to the site for any user, that violates these terms — particularly fraudulent registrations or malicious scam reports.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, regardless of which country you're accessing the site from.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
