Gulf Placement ("we", "us", "our") operates gulfplacement.com, a free platform helping candidates from India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan verify recruitment agencies, check fees and salaries, and register their details for Gulf job opportunities — using data sourced from official government registries. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
Most of this site — the Agency Checker, Salary Checker, Fee Checker, Document Checklist, Medical Center Guide — requires no personal information at all. Personal data is only collected in two places:

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given explicitly when you submit the registration form. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time — see Section 7 below.

We keep your registration data for as long as your profile could reasonably be useful for matching, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you resubmit the form, we update your existing record rather than creating a new one, and simply track that you've submitted multiple times.

CVs are stored in a location that isn't publicly accessible and can only be downloaded by authorized staff. Access to the candidate database is restricted to people who need it to operate the platform. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, standard precautions to protect your data.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18. The registration form enforces a minimum-age check and will not accept submissions from anyone who indicates they are under 18.
We use minimal cookies — primarily from Google reCAPTCHA, needed for spam protection. We don't use cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
Gulf Placement operates from India, and candidate data is stored on servers there, regardless of which country you're submitting from. By using this site, you understand your data will be processed in India.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage checking back periodically.
