Salary – 1400 AED

Key Responsibilities :

Site Preparation:

• Assisting in clearing and preparing construction sites.
• Removing debris, digging, and leveling the ground.
• Setting up fences, barriers, and signage for safety.

Material Handling:

• Transporting construction materials like cement, bricks, steel, wood, etc.
• Storing materials in safe, organized locations on the site.
• Loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas.

Support for Construction Workers:

• Assisting skilled workers (such as masons, carpenters, and electricians) by providing tools, materials, and other necessities.
• Helping with basic tasks like mixing cement or concrete.
• Setting up scaffolding or other structures as needed.

Maintenance and Tools:

• Maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ensuring tools are in good working condition.
• Reporting any faulty equipment to supervisors.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensuring safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Helping to maintain cleanliness and order to avoid accidents.
• Wearing appropriate safety gear such as hard hats, gloves, and protective footwear.

Assisting with Surveys and Measurements:

• Helping with basic surveying tasks by holding or moving equipment.
• Assisting in measuring distances or leveling areas.

General Labor:

• Digging trenches, mixing materials, and performing other physical tasks on-site.
• Helping to set foundations or support structures.
