In your first days, the employer should begin the proper work, residence and identity process.
Compare it against your offer.
If your first salary is wrong, start collecting proof immediately. Small unexplained deductions can become a pattern.
If something goes wrong, act early.
Keep your documents and payment evidence. Use the appropriate UAE labour route, Indian mission, eMigrate/MADAD grievance route or emergency support channel.
Important: This is a practical candidate checklist, not legal advice. Rules, fees, visa processes and contact channels can change. Verify your circumstances through current official Indian and UAE government sources before making a payment, travelling or signing a contract.
